What options do we have for shorty headers?
From what i've read FRPP doesn't list one for us anymore (dohc324 took the last one IIRC:censor: :D)
I just searched Summit and nothing somes up for 4v 4.6's. i don't want cobra manifolds, i want nice shiney headers!

If you can find FRPP's they work
JBA's are my choice.

Buy Longtubes
shhh shorties make more power :P
Take a long hard look at the flange opening of a JBA header compared to the opening of the cylinder head then tell me if you still want them.

i don't see anything obiously wrong in the pic of the JBA's but i also don't have a cylinder head handy to compare to so what are the differences you speak of?

Don't forget motor mount shims, custom new downpipes, new cats, new O2 sensors. I think it's a big job.

I did'nt need new O2's, the downpipes are easy from a 99~2004 mustang that are good and plentiful. If you can turn a wrench you can do a shorty install. You forgot the EGR adapter Eric. ;)

keep an eye out for me if you don't mind. i'm ready to pull the trigger on a set if i can find them for a reasonable price. Ebay has JBA's listed at 699.00 and thats the cheapest. can't even find FRPP's on ebay.
