About 500 rpm. The difference is positive in every way for me.

200RPM increase after the 4.10's were installed.
I cruise at 80 all day long with no problems.

Rule of thumb is about 250rpm per gear step, so if you have 3.55's next is 3.73 then 4.10 so 500rpm. Go for it, it makes a huge difference and the MPG loss is not noticeable.

I'm at 2500 RPM @ 80 with 3.73's - So figure about 2750 with 4.10's.
You'll need a better driveshaft if you go over 100 often.
If you do go with new gears, its a good time to replace axles, seals, and bearings.
