EATC O Rings Advise from Members! THANK YOU!

I have had the same problem with my AC and heat ONLY blowing out the floor and def for the past 30 months!

My mechanic is a great guy. He thought the entire dash board had to be removed to fix the problem!

It was not until I posted a question and about the problem that I got the information about just removing the EATC module and replacing the O rings!


I brought my Marauder to my regular mechanic. He never replaced the O rings in the EATC unit. He had to read the directions from others on the site who did the job. He worked on it for a while and replaced all the O rings.

Two of them hard, brittle and broke when pinched.

Then the EATC was re-installed and the moment of truth arrived! Would this be the fix for the problem?!?!

I engaged the AC and pushed vent!!

Cool air BLASTED out of ALL THE FRONT VENTS!

The floor and def worked as they should as well!


Total price for the job $150.00 VS $800.00!
