I'm under the impression that you need the same tuner to get back to stock tune. How do I get it back to stock tune? Or can a dyno place tune without it?

You can flash the car back to stock with another Xcal just have the person you buy it from include a stock file any Licensed SCT dealer can help with this, you can call me any time.
