Mercury's end - What exactly does this mean?

I saw a comment about parts no longer being available for the Mercury Marauder, what parts are we talking about and is this going to be a problem that can't be fixed.

OEM bumper covers 1st and foremost... There is more though... I am sure others will list or post a link to a thread that is already discussing this... Can't remember which thread that is though!
