Beat 2 speed bikes at once... no kidding.

I was just leaving Justbobs area when I stop at a red light. Two crotch rockets pull up to my left. One guy wanted me to put the window down so I did and he asked me "You have a cigarette?" "Don't smoke, sorry dude." "Alright." "Have fun with that toy." They don't respond and then the light turns green.

I give it 1/4 throttle and they give it a little too. I knew if I wanted a chance to out do a motorcycle, especially one built for speed I had to make the first move. Soon as I hit 20 I gave it WOT and they did too. One bike was completely left behind and the other passed me at 50mph, but when 60 came around he was shifting and I was still pulling. When his bike went down to shift and came back up I went by slowly. He had me by 2 bike lengths at 50, but by the time I hit 80 he was at my rear bumper and I let off.

The bikes both got behind me and I went to the left hand turning lane. They stopped next to me and I said "HA. I didn't expect that." (By that I meant I didn't think I would have a chance) The one biker who was trying really hard to pass me said "That car is FAST!!!" "It's a really fun car dude." The whole time the biker's jaws were to the ground almost like cartoon character from the 1940s. Neither were waring helmets, but both looked like they had just seen a ghost. "You go to strats?" "No what's that?" "That's where you need to be. They have bikes and fast cars there. You should stop by." "Sounds good maybe I'll catch you there." I was off.

BTW I had three full size Marauder tires and wheels in the trunk, full box of tools, A/C on O/D on and the song I Will Follow Him by Little Peggy playing.

I don't know what kinda Motorcycles the guys had because I do not know bikes. They were not the fastest things, but not cruisers either. They would be considered crotch rockets though, they had the shape going. Maybe a Ninja bike or something... :confused:

I know this one might sound like total BS, but it happened.

Hayabusa being the fastest production bike (which they were not on) will run 10's with a "skilled" rider. They were on slower bikes and your in the 12 second area so...

i had a 07 R6 with some minor mods and i was doing between 11.2 to 11.6 in 1/4 mile, trapping in the mid 120's mph.
i remember the worst pass i made, i missed 2nd gear and still managed to do 12.4 at 122mph. sorry Dom but no way on that one.

My 03 600RR would do 11.2 @ like 124 or something like that, so add another :bs: However I'll say this, if they were twins (like sv650s or something) then that would be very doable. Those are 13sec bikes with avg riders.
