Requesting suggestions on the best way to fix loose stock wheel center caps. Don't want to lose one. Been thinking of something like high temp liquid gasket or something like that.
What do you all think?

I had some high-tack epoxy from my dad's work. Worked like a charm.

The best way to fix them is with a heat gun. Slowly heat them up and bend each prong out a little. Be sure to remove the ring before you do it.

I was lazy and just wrapped some duct tape around the OD....:o

I noticed the prev owner on mine wrapped elec tape around the clips on a couple wheels. To be honest I knew they were loose and haven't had any sort of ambition to improve on this patch. I'd say it is going on year 5 or 6 and no indication I'm about to lose a cap any time soon but the heat gun method sounds good as well!

Thanks. I like the heat gun method. I've been needing one of those...

Your Welcome. You can get a cheap heat gun from Harbor Freight. Just don't forget to remove the metal ring first.
