WOW dude thanks for the help! I actually found this link on the first page of google searching LOL! I want to actually take these in and see if there is a cheaper way to get around this seeing as though they allready have coatings on them. Thanks again Bro!

Ok. Just got back from meeting up with Ray at Vanilla Gorilla coatings, he was gracious enough to stick around an extra 15 minutes so I could load the trunk with pipes and the back seat with kids and get down there.
These are his actuall words used when I popped the truck. "Even in this economy I would have booked three seats on an airplane for Florida for me and two boxes under my arms, this matter would have ended in person" So I guess I am patient anymore.
At first inspection he was talking numbers near the $1000.00 mark for all the prep to remove all the scrapes, the gouges would have to remain. I explained to him that at this point my only concern is rust and that I would do any and all of the sanding needed to save money. He explained that he could work with me on this and basically just do the same process as he would on a mint condition pipe coming in for a first time coating as the process is no different. The process for all his work starts with a cleaning tank, a burn off (to open pores in the metal), then a 2 nd. cleaning.
The easy and darn near thrown into the price of the hot pipes is the powder coated cold pipes. They are not too much of what he considered a big deal, his concern was with the hot pipes. He said they would require alot more time in the cleaning process than new pipes but was willing to do the job for the same price as new.
All said and done the invoice came up to $725.00, so I guess I was a bad guesser at first when I said $800 for everything redone and a new intercooler. Without any labor on my behalf this would be nearing $1,300.00 and this is why I freaked out. But I am willing to do the labor in sanding all the parts, and the labor needed to fix the intercooler.
I would still rather have my money back plus return ship than to go this route as I am not really eager to put in this extra work. But you claimed that you spent the money I sent allready, so I will work with you on this, but $725.00 is what I am going to need and that is with every corner that I could find to cut. If there is anything that I am missing to save on cost wise, please let me know, this is the best solution that I could come up with on short notice.

Thanks guys, I appreciate it more than you think.
The ball is in his court now, so lets treat him with respect on this matter. I am open for either option to that he decides but four weeks wait time is a little hard to swallow. I would be getting a loan, beg, borrow or steel myself.
So please once again, we all see the figures here, and we have all read the other thread, lets leave him alone now.
Thanks again.

Guspech750! 0oo, can I come over? Bob, if there's anything else I can do besides holding the flashlight let me know. Like I said earlier I hope this ends well and I'll do my best to bite my tongue and give him the benefit of the doubt. Like they say in the Military, "Expect the best, but be prepared for the worst!" You got my number Brothah, just holla!
I love rubbing off pipe :D

Good Luck Bro.
Since this was a paypal transaction, the seller could put a major credit card into their paypal as a backup source of funds and pay you back the agreed amount right away.
I don't follow why it would take 4 weeks?
Hope it all works out in the end.
