Searched everything I can think of. Anyone know the info needed to perform this so my bumper doesn't sag?

I don't know about a defuser but I think you mean a fix for the rear bumper sag

I think you are referring to the Proguard. It doesn't do anything to stop the bumper sag though.

My bumper isn't sagging and I've had my Proguard on for the past 90-95k miles.

I also have a Proguard but my bumper did sag and the corners of the proguard flap around when you hit a bump. Within the thread I posted I addressed both issues. I will say, its better to have a Proguard than not
Proguards are the biggest waste of money EVER.
I drilled a hole in my bumper and cable tied it. Never had a problem with sagging since.

I have a proguard and 130K miles with absolutely no rear bumper sag.
Drive behind some Marauders with out a proguard at highway speed. The bottom lip of the rear bumper balloons out from aero drag, eventually resulting in damage from fatigue. Once the rear bumper lip sags it balloons out more resutling in damage.
The proguard prevents the air from ballooning the bottom lip of the rear bumper.

Thanks for contributing and providing meaningful information.
What does the black lip around your front bumper do?
Did you remove your factory front air dam and if so have you checked your coolant temps?

I am not going to buy one. I may look into ghetto rigging it like you did! Nobody looks under there anyways.

Your bumper sag is horrible (look at your sig pic) that acts like a big sail on the highway I'm sure.

it does nothing but look cool, zero effect of cooling, factory crappy air damn still in place. scan gauge 2 confirms this.

I know we have been over this subject about the front air dam before. Ford engineers wouldn't put it there if it didn't have a use. It does help direct airflow upward to the condenser, trans cooler and radiator.
There was some concerns about adding the Mach 1 chin spoiler if it would deviate the air from hitting the air dam but no one had any cooling issues after adding it.
