Be sure to power wash your radiator. When you do this it is best to have the water pushing out the front of the car at first. You can powerwash the water go to into the grille, but do it later to provent dirt from getting inside.
My car used to overheat every summer with the A/C on even if it was 78. I found out the radiator was simply dirty. Keep in mind I had winter salt on it too.
So if you see that needle going to H, go to a coin car wash and invest $2 and clean that radator. You can use the basic spray without using the trigger. You will damage the teeth of the radiator if you spray it with too much pressure. I have used full pressure every year, the teeth are a bit bent here and there, but it works better than new. I'm not saying to do it, but I have been the lucky one with no damage.
Enjoy the summer.
