to all the MM rider's what is the best car alarm system to put on the MARAUDER some of my friends say the Viper is good. So is it good?

i say it depends on what add-ons you want. TO ME, all DEI products(viper, python, clifford, avital,etc) are the same with different capabilities. I have avital w/ tilt sensors, trunk pop, glass sensors, and some more stuff. It works good for me and my needs, never had a problem w/ it

I know NATEHAWK has a viper alarm system which has an iphone app. It alerts him wherever he is. That $h!ts too cool. When verizon gets the iphone, i will def. switch the viper.

Hi, I installed the FORD 2W7Z-19A361-BA

It works like a charm and does everything most of the non ford systems do.
It is a very, very pro-active system with adjustments available for light to heavy shocks and you get to use your current transmitters. This model was @150.00+ or so. The model above this one, also can remote start your MM.
Have it installed by a Ford professional as their is programming involved.
It is made for our cars and was a superb addition for me - Believe me all h..l breaks loose if someone even attempts to break in - you can make it so sensitive that just
touching the door or back end will set it off or less sensitive to respond to a window
break in. It works along with your PATS system and is made for our cars. You will
also have a choice of getting an extra horn to install and an extra blinking red led.
When mine goes off the oem horns do a unique dance with sound so I know its my
car. Also their is a 800 Ford no you will get that covers install and programming if the need is their. Their Ford tech. people are super.

I had always heard that Clifford alarm systems were pretty good. I'm thinking about a G5 for my Marauder.
