Does anyone know how hard this is to properly hook this up to an '04 that DIDN'T come with it stock?
My head unit is the stock one, but mine didn't have the changer option in the trunk.

I believe the wiring is already there. You will need the bracket, the cover, and the changer. DONE!

Is the wiring maybe under the carpet panels or something?
Because my car never had it, I'm not even sure where to look (all I know is supposed to be in the trunk).

The wiring is on the drivers side corner of the trunk by the taillight.
You will have to remove and peel back some of the side and back carpeting to see it. Usually is a gray squarish plug, sometimes attached to a clip, sometimes dangling deep in the truck recess, have to fish it out.

Would my '04 stock deck/radio (I think it's what they labelled as "Premium") work with the changer? Is it already set-up to accept it?

Yes, also long as you have the CD-changer & wiring harness.
BTW.. I have a stock MM CD-changer available.

I am very happy that you have a CD changer available but Please start your own thread and sell it there.

When it does sell, I would mark the thread as sold.
Thank you.

Well as it turns out, I took out almost every inch of the trunk liner last night, and no plug for the CD changer. I can't figure out why it wouldn't be there; but I searched every harness and nothing. Odd!

I have looked in the trunk of my 2004 (without CD changer) a number of times and never come any closer to identfying where the wiring would come from...
(That doesn't mean it's hard to find, per se; just that I couldn't!)
