I had my vehicle aligned some time ago and yet still the front tires got trashed on the inside. I really hate how these cars go through tires!

As the topic says, looking for OEM front tires with some decent meat on them. I am a little strapped for cash and don't want to have to buy from a warehouse if I can get a decent set on here for a little cheaper. Please let me know:

How many miles roughly.
Tread depth and wear.
Size and brand (I want OEM front size and brand)

Pics of tread condition would be great as well!

Thanks guys!

After you get new tires, you need to get an alignment using carfixers's specs.

There has been many posts about it.

I know and I have buddy! They get within the parameters, but still have problems! I can never get more than a year out of a set of tires no matter what I do! I bring it to different shops, but I guess I have to bring it to another once I get the new tires!

Then you're not having them aligned to carfixers specs. Most shops will only set to factory specs, even when I printed what I wanted.

These last guys took the paper with the specs and even gave me a printout of what they were able to do! They were able to get within the parameters.

Now does anyone have tires???

If you want new what are you looking for them on here for?

There are stores you know. They can order them for you if they aren't in stock. The brand and size is to your choice.

I am looking for anyone with OEM fronts lying around. Never said they had to be new. Just looking for a set with DECENT rubber on them! Would rather not pay for new if I can help it!

Bumpity Bump Bump Bump

Going on Saturday to get the front end aligned and I may have to throw the snow tires back on the car for the time being due to the fact that the insides of my summer tires are almost down to the belts!

I am on my 3rd set of fronts 235/50/18 OEM BFG g-Force KDWS. Got 36K out of each of the first 2 sets. My driving style could be considered "spirited" so I do lay into the turns. Never had an alignment issue and never had the inside wear issue. If you are getting less than 36K or so, I suspect some front end problems or misalignment.

I was the same way, I NEVER had wear issues that you all speak of, until.............I lowered it:mad: They got close to his specs, but still far enough away to shed tires.

This is why I bought the Eibachs and wound up re-selling them before I even put them on my car! I drive mine in the winter and didn't want it too low and didn't want to piss through tires more than I already do!
