left rear tailight or just the trim

Looking for an inexpensive fix as I just noticed that the trim on my back left tailight at the bottom of light is missing after a quick drive to work today.

hmm that trim isnt supposed to come off, its integral to the tail light.

thats what i thought but wasn't sure.It looks like it came of so easily.plastic on tailight looked clean with out any breaks.Any ways it was disapointing to see.
So i guess my best bet is to just buy a new tailight?

that would be my suggestion. or if your handy, go to a junk yard and get a CV tail light and try to reattach the trim piece, might be worth a try anyway.

actually before i have to buy a new one I'm going to give that a try.check out the junkyard in the morning.

most are, but you can get UA in a duplicolor spray can and make it look pretty decent

Or find a CVPI in a junkyard if your lucky.
