Record player?

Lots of things wrong with this ad http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mercu...fCarsQ5fTrucks like that fact that the record player isn't "factory", but then how many of us carry a record player in our Marauder? It's a period piece and might have been available through a dealer, but it's not a very professional looking installation.

He appears to be misrepresenting the 427 aspect as well. No indication to me that this car actually comes with a 427.

Saw that myself. was wondering how early in the prod. line it was too. he also says later in the add that it is a 390, still don't believe the 4V statement tho. Would be interesting to no.

Yep, that's the car. It's a 390 4v, 300 hp (Z in the VIN), dual range automatic, and most likey a 3.00 rear end. That was the standard drivetrain in that car and what 90+% came with.

The interior looks very good to me, the exterior isnt bad but definately needs work. All in all it looks like its all there. Wonder what i can get it for. Ive been looking for a 63 or 64. Not to mention, its in my backyard..

That car has serious rust issues on the underside. Look at the pictures close and you will see the crossmembers on the body and other areas that are gone. I think it is a parts car unless you have more money than brains!

It's Baaaaaackkk........ Saw it again on ebay. new owner buffed out the paint and removed the "record player". looks good actually, but reserve is pretty high
