My wife can't drive my car. Her foot can't reach the pedal if her heel is resting on the floor at the base of the gas pedal. I have to keep a small piece of 2x6 around so she can place it under her heel to elevate her foot so she can reach the pedal. Has anyone replaced the gas pedal of a larger size. If so what did you use & could you post pictures.

I take it the adjustable pedals are kapoot?

The adjustment pedals work fine. There is plenty of space between the pedal and trans tunnel. Her foot gets caught there. She also can't reach the pedal with out lifting her foot {heel} from the floor.

I'm just seeing this---I believe I still have some more larger pedals you can use...

Well after a little over an hour I found the post on the gas pedal mod back 1-27-06 #32. I could have used one of those years ago. I have had to pass up a cold one to many times because my wife couldn't drive due to the oem designed gas pedal. Thats the fix for me. I sent a pm requesting one thanks.

Still have several more after checking--I rest my foot on it against the dog house with ease now --no entrapment--
