I have a tape deck adaptor for my iPod and it stopped working. It says reel error and it won't eject
What should I do ? I already have the radio removal tool

What's a tape deck??? :D
You'll most likely have to take the head unit apart.

In the 3-1/2 years of ownership, I have never once used the tape deck! haha Sirius Radio FTW!
As for your issue, I think you would have to take the whole deck apart to access the issue.
It is your car telling you to get with the times! haha

If you want a reliable Aux input then get the adaptor that uses the CD changer wiring.
it will also charge an ipod while it's hooked up. You will loose the cd changer by going this route.

oh man, I remember how pissed I was when mine did that. At the time, my FM band was also not working at fairly frequently my 6-disc changer would pop up an error saying it was broken or something (which could actually be remedied by restarting the car.). When you're used to MP3 players and complete control of music, having to choose between AM band and a single disc tray in the head is quite un-fun.
Unfortunately I never fixed this problem, I just went and got a new head unit. ;)
