Anyone have a diagram or know what wires are what? Specifically, I'm looking for the audio R+, R -, L+, L- so I can do some custom work.

Their is an adaptor that does exactly that. RCA type L/R audio feeds and also it provides a trigger for the amp. Check Crutchfield.

I thought about that but I will be switching to a different radio in the near future. My custom audio work is only temporary for an upcoming road trip. It kinda sucks that the adaptor only works for a small range of radios.
