Martyo sold them for about $80 new, but he doesn't make them very often, and in limited quantity. You could try PM-ing him and asking if he's got another run of them coming up. Also, yes they go for a very large amount when there up on ebay.

Last I found I think they were $80/set but, no adhesive backing.
At that price I'd be in for 2 sets just in case one got stolen.

I am waiting to hear back from the dude with the dies for stamping them.

Most likely what I would do is a pre-paid sale basis as I have in the past.
