Riding to work, it's around 5:15 a.m. There is a stretch of road with about 2 blocks of median where they have planted trees and flowers and ****, automatic sprinklers water them sometime during the night, and the road is always wet from it. Then, it's dry for about 100 feet and then a light, which we caught on red. I was in the far right, where most of the water is, a new Challenger to my right barely stopped in time, I was on the line, his whole fender was past. I could see the two stripes on the fender. Amy says "Oooo, nice!", cause she loves them. Light turns green, I lstart to leave at normal speed, but his front end jumps up so I so I say "****!" and kick it, now he has the lead by half a car but we jump up to his fender again and it's about to get real, nukka. I didn't launch at the light, but knowing I had just rolled thru water, I knew what was going to happen on the shift, and it did, ass end swings to the right a few feet and I let off. He does too, why I don't know, common sense maybe since we are in a 45 mph zone. Amy says "Woo-hoo! He was giving you a run for the money!" I said "If we were on dry pavement, he'd be in the rearview right now, you know how this thing rockets at the shift, and besides, he wasn't gaining any ground and he launched first with a full fender lead! And he probably didn't have the A/C on because his window was down. And he was in the dry lane." So I guess I lost, but we'll meet up again, not many cars out at that time of the morning here.

CBT- We give ricers the biz here for all their excuses and bs... We don't expect it from our members:argue:

Ya might as well have been driving a Honda and wearing a skirt with that post:P

J/K I know you don't want to mess up your Marauder all for the sake of showing a Mopar what time it is. No worries from me:beer: Doom on the other hand may chime in with some other thoughts tho:burnout:

#2. He was in the dry lane? Cause you wet yourself?

I knew posting this would cause some great replys, lol. YES, i had the air on, didn't know it was a race at first so I didn't stick my foot in the fan. He had the lead just sitting at the light, got the drop, dry lane, and still couldn't get more than half a car away. I think I may upgrade this to "kill" just based on those facts.

What's fun is when you give someone that psychological edge by letting them have like a few bumper lengths on you and you act all nonchalant meanwhile watching the sidelight out of the corner of your eye and timing the green so perfect that you could jump a car length on a Viper with a Neon...

Thats funny, cuz I lined up with a Viper 2 weeks ago at the track, and I'm pretty sure he stomped me. There was no jumping the viper even with my 0.013 r/t :burnout:

I think she broke off a couple nails in the console armrest when the car shifted and her side of the car swung towards the Challenger, lol.
