Eatc problem

Since a few days, the left side of my EATC will not illuminate. Today i remove it and detected, that three lamps not works. i can´t replace the lamps, but i think, it´s impossible that three lamps died together!!!
after assembling the outside temp shows me -40°C and when i switch to Fahrenheit it is also -40°F!!!
What can be the problem, please help me!

Look at the small bulbs do they look burnt out? Mine says that too when I unplug it, it will slowly read the correct temp, just give it some time.
