ok guys hear it is my black 03 mm with only 24,xxx miles on the clock! leather inside looks as if no one has ever sat in it. as close to showroom if not showroom condition! the car is my weekend cruiser. never seen snow zero rust anywhere. i hardly ever take it out in the rain(unless i have to) car has been babied since i bought it. 100% stock never beat on. extremely well maintained. i really dont want to sell but my wife wants and needs an suv for the winter. my daily driver just blew its motor so as of now i am driving the mm somewhat daily. i have already had an offer of $17,500 for it so from there and up is my price range this car will not disappoint! dont let this collector condition car ride off with out you! pictures will be posted soon
i think thats good enough:)
thanks guys

I paid less than 12K for mine with a little over 40K miles 2 years ago
Take it! What was the question again?

I seriously think 17.5 was just mentioned to help the sale.
I was offered 25K earlier this year, but no one believes me. I told the guy my car is worth probably around 8K for it's mileage. Maybe 9,500 on a day it's washed.

Lots of talk here about deals 1.5 to 3 years ago, and not a lot of mention of condition, only miles. Those time frames were well before Ford announced the demise of the Mercury brand.
$17.5K is a very good price at this moment, but what's to say that a very, very clean lower mileage example will not begin to hold its value more so with the announcement from Ford, in the foreseeable future?
However, if you really need to sell to buy an SUV now, it's probably a good idea to take the 17.5.
