Not Happy

I just recieved my inserts for my 2003 Marauder. When i bought them i really thought they were a pricy but they sounded like a quality product and everyone was happy with them. A couple of problems 1. I live in the Chicago area and the instructions state that i can't install them unless the temp is at least 70 degrees, that means waiting until spring. 2. On top of the inflated price they charge $11 shipping and then send it regular mail with $1.11 in postage on it.

I never like that either, they call it shipping and handling. It's the handling that cost the money (NOT).

First off, have you CALLED them? They may have actually made an innocent mistake with respect to shipping.

Using your first post to come up here and ***** at them isn't a wise thing to do.

Also, Yeah, 70 degrees is recommended. Room temperature is generally recommended for any automotive adhesive to cure properly. How is that their fault?!
