I have a quick question for the more informed, Borla makes a cat back system, Dual exhaust, for a 2002 CV. Will this system fit my 03 CV Sport? if not does any one know what will fit? Or should I just swap out the mufflers with a pair of Flow Masters. Thanks in advance.

It should fit just fine. The engine didn't change, at least as far as the exhaust is concerned, so it should be just a straight swap.

Hmm... but wouldn't the new steering system and frame effect it's routing?

Flowmasters?!?! Yucky!!! Personal opinion, but I think you can get a lot more out of a DynoMax or Holley brand.

cool, thanks. Now about the Borla cat back system, is that really the best route or does anyone have a better idea for improving the exhaust performance and sound. Finally, besides the engine and drive train, how different is the M/M from a CV Sport?

That's what I mean LincMercLover some people tell me they fit some say they don't but at $1100 I prob. will not take the risk. I'll probably just end up swapping the mufflers and putting on some M/M looking tips.

The system should fit, although the exhaust manifolds are different for '03 because od the new steering. You might want to confirm that the exhaust manifold outlet position is unchanged.

There are quite a few differences between the Marauder and the LX Sport other than engine, wheels, and cosmetics, as I read them. Rear suspension differences, Shock absorbers, front brakes(the Marauder has 12" discs in front, the CVSport I think has 11") Marauder has an aluminum drive shaft, trac-loc differential, Police Interceptor front springs, the transmission has been beefed up from the CV version, the front seats are apparently different, not just the leather, and you can check but I think there ar a few items on the Marauder that are optional on the CVSport.

Just curious: what don't you like about the flowmasters? I love mine, but I admit that other than Magnaflows I didn't look into much else.
