Black in Jacksonville, NC with FL plates

Saw a black MM with FL plates here in Jacksonville, NC yesterday. It was on 24E heading towards Camp Lejeunes main gate. I would of beeped but couldnt get close and I wasnt in a MM as I dont have mine anymore.

I would but I didnt go with black on the Jag so have to think of something else like Jags of Seal or something since its seal grey.
