I had to do an Emergency stop las night in my recently lowered and un-aligned marauder and noticed some BAD bouncing up front, felt like a wood roller coaster. Any ideas?

Could it have been either the ABS and/or warped rotors contributing to the bouncing? Did you feel it in the steering wheel or brake pedal?

Under hard braking, ABS simulates "pumping the brakes" if slidding is detected. This may cause some vibration to telegraph through the steering column/wheel, and the brake pedal too.

ABS is not related to alignment, good or bad, there should be no affect, unless something in the front suspension came lose. But I think you would know that anyway.

Warped rotors are permanent, you'll feel it every time you apply brakes, emergency stop or not.

I had that happen on one of my cars after I cut the frt springs alittle too much. Try shorter shocks.

Last time I had to stop in a hurry at the tail end of the stop just as the tires were skidding I heard something in either the rear left or front left side of the suspension and then the brake pedal felt like it lost a bolt or something...Felt really weird. The fronts get a little jiggly at the end of most harder stops usually.
