Need help with the seats

The new beater marauder has an issue with both front seats. The seat back recline switches on both sides are inoperative. The seat bottoms all function correctly, but I can't adjust the backs. Are they wired together somewhere? Is there a fuse for just the seat backs I didn't find in the manual?

I do plan on pulling the seats to clean the carpet, but if there is a quick fix, let me know.

Update:

They magically started working on their own this afternoon. I guess sitting for 18 months made everything a little stiff and switches just need to be used.
