Hello everyone. I've been a member here for a little while (a year or so) only to see if there was information about my Mercury Grand Marquis, and there was some help and I thank you. I'm about to take delivery of a red 04 MM and so I started asking the forum some questions. Everyone so far except for Blk Mamba has been helping me. He for some reason feels that I have insulted senior members on this forum. That has never been my plan nor do I like insulting or putting people down. It's not me. I first and foremost apologize to anyone I may have insulted. But Blk Mamba has deeply insulted me by cursing and putting me down on this forum and PMs. I do not appreciate this behavior since it was I who fought for all your freedoms to participate in this activity for the past 15 years as a Green Beret. If this individual remains a member, then I will have to leave because I will not be subjected to ridicule, cursing and general putting down by anyone. I have earned that right. Good luck and I pray your freedoms remain in tact. -j

Sorry to hear your having an issue with one of the members. I have read your most recent questions and though I saw it took you a few posts to realize the wheels were polished aluminum and not chrome, I didn't see anything that should have torqued anyone. Who knows what other members issues are? Just move on and they will too. It's very rare, but if any real problems develope between members, the admins will take care of it.
Post pics of the DTR when you get a chance.:)

Thanks for replying! I agree. We both just need to move on. I will.
As far as the pics. I hope I can post some within 2 or 3 weeks. I want to detail it before I take those. She's already a sweet ride, I just want to make it a little more cherry.
Thanks again for listening. Sincerely -j

Just remember, the only dumb question is the question not asked. If you need help or any information, please ask. If yoiu think the question is beneath some of the members, just PM me, or one of the others. I do not know all the answers. However, I will try to get amy information you need. Do not be shy. In the final analysis, we are all in this together.

Like all the others have said, just ask your questions....
I come to the realization, after 20+ years in the customer service business, that some people are happy when they complain or belittle others.
Use the ignore function.

Also use the "search" function as most issues have been discussed before. Good luck with your new ride and thanks for your service.:flag:

Good news! Another Marauder finds a loving home. Glad to see that MMs are still landing in hands that truely appreciate them and they get the TLC they deserve.
I think a lot of us have asked dumb questions here and got shot down a bit. Bummed me out at first also but I've found this site to have more pros than cons. I hope you don't leave the #1 MM site!

Welcome to MM.net, and congrats on your new DTR. As someone else said, chances are, most of the questions you will have can be easily answered by doing a simple search. You might even find some answers you weren't even looking for (I've stumbled across plenty of good stuff while looking for something else)
Blk Mamba is a very good friend of mine. I'll refrain from further comments.
