Mine has the dreaded broken tab to the back so it always wants to lift up. The last stereo shop broke it and tried to hot-glue the tab back on. That lasted until this year when I figured out what they did.

I have all the switches, but whatever you have, let me know.

if you have the tab, use CA to glue it back on, i break mine every time and use CA and it holds great

Is CA the clear brush-on type super glue stuff? If so, I think I have some of that. Now I'll have to tear the door panel off to find the tab.

As I remember a brand new one was under $20 from Ray the dealer but that was 6 years ago.

CA comes in small bottles, usually less then an ounce. its like super glue. hell super glue would prolly work too

I think I have the CA in the toolbox, but I also send Ray "TheDealer" a pm to see if he can still get them. Long weekend, I got time to pry the door apart.

Just spoke with Ray TheDealer and he hooked me right up. I should have a minty fresh new panel in a week or so.

Thanks Ray!

I fabricated a new tab out of a leftover block of PVC (buy it as base molding from Lowes), and epoxied it onto the switch panel. I don't see the point in trying to re-glue the flimsy plastic tab.

I carefully pried mine up today to service the switch which sometimes gives me problems only to find that the previous owner already messed it up. Oh well.
