As you guys may remember, I bought a 2003 Crown Vic LX Sport as a stepping stone to soon own a Marauder. I have currently repaired it and driving now. The air suspension pump was damaged in an accident, so once out of the body shop I came up with an idea to put a tire valve stem on the air line tip to inflate. This was very successful 4 months ago, and I got lucky enough to get it to air up after a half hour of trying. Now it has since leaked out and needs a lift again. After hours of trying (with all 4 doors closed), I can't get it to air up. I load the line with 150lbs of air and let it run, or turned key on with no luck.
What am I doing wrong? Is there a strict procedure?
Thanks sincerely in advance.
Soon I will sell it for a DBP Marauder. Soon, I tell you.

Without the pump operational, to keep the rear suspension from deflating you must have turned off the switch in the trunk. Did you remember to turn it back on while trying to re-inflate? ...otherwise the solenoids will never open...

I re-inflated it 4 mos ago with the switch on. My recent attempts have been multiple times with the trunk switch on, and attempts with it off too. I just wonder if there is a window of time that is specific for inflation, or a max air pressure that is required to allow inflation. Just would like to understand the procedure in it's technical form.
