trader feedback some what broken?

ive noticed this:

when you leave feedback for someone by clicking the little number next to their name, the number displayed will increase. when the person you left feed back for gets the automated PM that they have received a trader rating, there is an option for them to leave return feedback. when this is done, the opposite party gets an automated pm that they have recieved a rating, how ever the number does not go up. it only goes up if you click the number and leave it that way.

not a huge problem, just annoying. i duno if anything can be done about it or not.
