Mine blew hot on any temp other than 60* and had a code 031(open sensor circuit), found the in cabin temp sensor was unplugged...

Sorry, yep problem is gone, still blows cold at higher settings... I haven't run it but a few minutes but unless the sensor is out of spec I believe it's fine...

The outside temp often reads in the 40s (Fahrenheit not census) but I haven't tried to troubleshoot that problem...
