4000 hours? Multiply that by 33 miles and you get 132000.

Are you sure it was not a patrol car?

my guess is a unmarked. p71 is a police VIN and the spotlight = police car.

\now add the 132,000 to the 70,000 already on the car = 202,000 miles on this very nice clean unit,,this car would sell for under 3G at my local auction

Patrol cars have 10's of thousands of hours on them. I dont deny it as a cop car, just not a patrol car.

Lol thanks... i know what a p71 is... i never said it wasnt a cop car, infact i know what PD it came from (i have all of the records) But i would guess it was either a detective's car or maybe a take home for a higher up or something.

Why would you add the 70k to 132k?

And you wont get this car for 3k at an auction... hater

I,m not here to beat up on your very nice and clean looking unit Mr but thats what there selling for up north here being an 06 with high milage
the hour meter only registers when the car is in park with the engine running so 4000hr is alot of idle,n at the donut shop or maybe doing servalence work 1hr=33miles

High milage? 70k?

And i was under the idea that the hour meter was anytime the motor was on, but further reading shows that i was wrong and i aplogize. Oh well... it deffently doesnt show it... the car is truely perfect.

So 1hr= 33miles..is this the equivalent engine wear? How do they come up with these numbers, and how do you read how many idle hours the car has?

unmarked po po's HAVE to keep there cares in tip-top shape. they go through i think monthly inspections so if not kept up they get chewed out.
