I-95 in Virginia 9/20/10

I've never posted before because I don't own a Marauder. But I just have to compliment the owner of a beautiful DTR Marauder that I spotted while driving from NJ to FL on Monday. The car had VA plates and the MARAUDER letters on the rear bumper were done in gold. As we followed this car in my wife's Passat, the letters actually shimmered in the sunlight. This was by far one of the nicest Marauders I've ever seen. I pulled alongside briefly hoping to see a "for sale" sign in the window. Nope. In any case we drove along for several miles until the Marauder exited around Exit 152. I think my wife (who is definitely not a car person) was also impressed by the Marauder, because she was reading the local paper today and said to me that there weren't any Marauders for sale! This is a huge breakthrough because whenever I mention getting another car, she doesn't want to hear it. So thank you to the owner of that VA Marauder. You may have actually opened the door a bit for me to become a Marauder owner.

Hey, alot can happen since the last time we saw you ... ;) And Yes, I remember mentioning the "Gold Inserts" to Chris when we met up in Manassas a couple months ago. He hadn't even noticed that they were gold.

Thanks for noticing the DTR and your comments. It does have gold inserts and, like Bluerauder said, you should see the his dads MM. Actually Charlie, they are both mine.
