What is "up" with my windows?

This issue has been going on for a few years and doesn't seem to be getting worse, just wanna know what to do about it. When I want both oy my front windows going up at the same time the drivers will not go up until I release the button with the passenger window. Sometimes if I have both buttons down for windows to go up I will let off the drivers one while the passenger one is going up, push the drivers button again while the passenger one is going up and it'll work.

Neither window has a problem going up or down on it's own. Just when I want both front ones to go up at the same time do I have a problem. I know there is a sticky for the windows, but I think this is a different issue or maybe I am wrong.

My first reaction (and it is really a guess) is a bad system ground. When you try to run 2 motors simultaniously the current draw is such that you have excessive voltage drop. (That pesky Ohm's law thing.)
