Got this email the other day, too busy to pick it up until now. They're taking care of us.

23+ orders have come in so far – 9/23
Please have those who want to purchase multiple sets just purchase them straight through the site – it will NOT discount the orders for multiple based on weight. We will refund $10 for two orders going to the same address, $20 back for 3 sets and so on. Also, we are planning on placing our first initial order next week, ahead of schedule. We are going to do this so that we can get them out to the customers faster… so, the preorder will continue for a week or so after our first order behind the scenes – we will then place the final order to fill all preorders. It will be a good 3-4 weeks from the time we place each order until the customer receives them… Tracking numbers will start showing up any time from now on, though they will not become active until we ship the orders from our facility. So, please let everyone know that if they receive an email from PayPal with their tracking ID#, there order is placed – a follow up tracking number will come from FedEx once the labels are created and this number will be active once it ships from OUR facility.
Like I said, refunds will be given for multiple orders – any questions, please let us know. Post this for everyone if you feel it will help out.
