I have had the car for about 3 weeks now. I knew it had some small issues when I got it, but I cant seem to localize the last one. I get a noise at low speeds coming from the rear. I imagine it happens at higher speeds as well, but is pobably so high pitched at that point I cant hear it. Here is some info:

1- Makes a noise like you would hear if a brake rotor or drum was out of around. Sort of like when a rotor or a drum were on a brake lathe when its in that hit and miss area. Its not that aggressive, but thats the noise.

2- It seems to only do it when you are pressing on the gas. When coasting I dont hear it.

3-When we put it up in the air and let the wheels spin freely with car in drive, it sounded a lot louder and seem to have some resistance more so than other cars I had heard like that. The wheels spun pretty freely, but not as free as others I had inspected the same way. They spun, but not as smooth as you would expect.

4- When we pulled the wheels off to inspect thoroughly, the drivers side wheel came right off, but the passengers side was stuck on. We had to rock it back and forth for a few minutes to get it off.

5- Brakes look excellent, plenty of friction material and operate correctly. Everything is dry and shows no sign of abnormal wear and tear.

Any ideas?

The parking brake shoes in the rear rotors are common to have the pad material fall off completely. That may be what you're hearing. Or you have the common rear axle wear that has been noted in 2003 300A's.

What he said, I just did both to mine and it was all shot, on a 39,000 garage kept car.

Axle's. Get em checked fast. Mine were hammered in my 03' and it only had 30k on it when I had the issue addressed.
