It was a whoot last night when we loaded it up in the trailer. All of my neighbors were like WTF?????

We are taking it to MO's Speed Shop North today for some dyno time just to make sure that it is still putting down at least 300 rwhp and check injector and pump duties.

7 years later and hearing this car crank and fire still makes me :D

If it was a daily driver I would say that a roots style blower would be the way go, but nothing gives me a chubby like the sound of that F1R a/k/a the wood chipper!

Restricted Airspace over the dragway today.... All planes will be diverted as not to collect advance info on MoRauder.:D Access to the facilities will be strictly monitored on the ground. All non Marauder driving fat car people will be unable to gain entrance.

Gotta show up # SSHS10 to find out more about this beast!!!!

No, I don't want to play. I get my whippings locally and it's more economical. Enjoy your day at the track without me, but next year is a different story. P.S. tell Jeff how much I hate him. :burnout:

They called this morning and said the GM is back from the roll bar install. I will pick it up Monday so we can paint the bars and get the interior back in it. I will play but you have to spot me at least 50 feet!:banana2:

I'm not too far behind you with a Vortec "JT-trim" running about 22psi as a daily driver too. What do you have ur boost set at?

Don't know who is driving what yet. I had not planned on bringing the blue because Pops usually gets it filthy before SSHS10 with his mountain trips, but if I know I am gonna take your money, I will make sure the blue is gonna be there. :P

That was a great trip Marty! It was to bad about the two track road we took to the top of the mountain. You need to find a new route for us this year for some new sites. We had a riot on that trip other than the GPS failure on the way back to your house. The dang thing had us going around the block!!!

It would be a fun race. I will give it a shot as long as I have the Mercury. The roll bar is done and I will pick the car up Monday so I can paint the bars and put the interior back in her. This should happen!:coolman:

Forget all that water box, etc. If Johns GM does a 1.5 60 foot have the track set the tree for Marty to give John 1.4 seconds. Who's Jeff, Earl and Oil?

Pops
10-01-2010, 10:24 AM
Jeff drives the car!:burn: Oil is oil!;) Earl is Earl and we do not know if he works cause we have not met him yet Sherman!:stupid: So you have this figured out yet Sherman because we don't either!:shake:

Stop whining Dom.

My Blue is a DD with nothing more than a canned tune, tint, a magindat air splitter, and a stereo and speakers.

As far as I know it has never even seen the track.

I have no interest in screwing you over so unwad your panties. i was just trying to taunt you into coming to the South so we could finally meet up.

I am sorry. I'm having a really bad year. I'd love to go. If I could I would. Didn't mean to sound like an argument. I'd still love to meet up, see your toys especially the Chevy Trucks. Maybe make a dyno run at Mo's. Maybe next year. :alone:

Figure out a way to come and ride out.

Meanwhile, the Chevy Dually that you liked leaves the MO's compound tomorrow.

A friend of the shop needs a tow pig and has agreed to keep the lettering on so we can keep advertising the shop, so he will be taking the truck. I am a bit sad to see it go, but it will be in good hands and I scored some points with my wife by selling it.

No doubt there will be others.

Just looked it up and it's going to cost me $500+ for admission and gas. That's if nothing breaks. Not even including hotel for the night or food. If I can save anywhere near that amount of money, I'll bring my own food and sleep in the car. Not kidding.
