I'd do a Carfax and have Brian run the VIN.

You should tell him to put some gas in it. And the drivers seat looks like it's seen better days. Other than that looks ok. I wonder why they blacked out the reverse lights and did nothing with the taillights?

its from a dealership
no regular person describes a car like that
and a lot of dealers that i have come across keep a low amount of gas in the car incase someone steals it they haave to get gas, to me that what explains the low fuel light being on...

and call Max!?....
dealer, their trying to b slick

Wrong rear bumper on it and the drivers side markers lamp is broken. Maybe you wanna look elsewhere.

I haven't seen that light treatment either.
Actually, that doesn't look that bad though.

Or vomit.

Its probably a tail panel from a CV. The reverse lights are almost pure white and looks awkward with the tinted tail lights. The fix I guess was to paint over the lights. Its probably off the donor car that gave up its rear bumper.

If you could buy it for 6k-6.5k, then it would give you some room to make repairs. I have a MM rear applique and a MM rear cover, both off a black car, that would solve the issue at hand.

Past that, I would take it to a body shop and have the frame measured, just to make sure it is in check.

I don't think its a stain. It is just worn out to hell.

I noticed the bumper too...Hell, I got mine two years ago with 25K miles. Admittedly, it did have the paint defect issue, and I had to get the hood and roof repainted (should have done the trunk too, but couldn't afford it, and it wasn't nearly as bad). They wanted something like 10,900, but I got it for 8000. Considering the paint was the only thing wrong (well, there was a cigarette burn mark near the cup holders too), I could never justify spending the same amount of $ on the same car with WAYmore wrong and WAY more miles...just keep looking, as I am sure you have already started to do...
