I spoke with "Randy" the event coordinator at "Da Grove" Great Lakes Dragway,we can have two trophys one for Naturally Aspirated and the other will be the Modified class.Or u can Pay to run in the Best of Fords class that will be a Trophy Class also.For 80.00 bucks u can run in the Money Special!!!Class to take home the Pot!!


Please Keep in mind it will cost 40.00 to race the day of the event!
Spectators are 12 bucks!

No Shorts !!!!!!!!!!!! U need Pants to run!!!

I would love to take you up on that offer, but if a car runs 13.99 or faster no passengers are allowed. We can always say we don't know what the car runs. I think I will be there. Sounds like a few people won't count though for the class. It'll be a gas anyway.

Instructions. 13.99 and under would be a safety issue at Da Grove, but not US 41. ;)

B.S. It is a safety issue EVERYWHERE that actually goes by the rules. I'm trying to protect you here Dominick. What if you crashed at 41 (where I have witnessed NO ambulance twice now BTW) and your passenger got banged up or worse yet died? Lawsuits would be an understatement. Just lookin out for you is all.

I like 41 also. Best times there, never a wait and so on. But I do not appreciate their lack of rules carried out. Tech? PALEASE..... They don't look at a DAMN thing there. That makes me very nervous when I am up against a primered 40 year old Nova that could have all kinds of issues driven by a reckless idiot. Notice how I wear my helmut? No one else does, not even in 10 sec. cars??? Sorry, perhaps I have to much to come home to.

Oh yeah I know exactly what you mean. I knew about the safety thing too. I prefer that place for the same reasons you don't like... no rules. Just pay and race.
