has anyone bought a jacket off ebay

I was going to get one so that I could keep the original in the package and wear the ebay one all the time, I tend to spill and mess up nice clothes.
But the concern I had was multiple auctions, multiple sellers using the same pic.
has anyone won an auction and recieved their jacket from gsxr uni clc or something like that.

I think a few people here have bought from that particular seller.
I had bid in one of his auctions, but eBay ended the auction.
A search of auctions revealed that a zero feedback bidder had been bidding in all his auctions which is usually a sign of shill bidding. Shortly after the seller showed as an "unregistered user"
I see know he has "Buy it now" only up, which is safe as no one can shill bid.

I got one from gsxr uni clc (or whatever his name is), also. He shipped fast, and did communicate well. But shame on him for shilling his auctions!! I just wish I had seen the shill before I bid, but I did end up paying a fair price ($84+ shipping).

Those of you who have bought and received your jackets off of Ebay, did the label inside say "For Mercury Marauder Owners", or whatever the label says on the real jackets? Was the Marauder lining the same?

Lining is the same. The label reads "For Mercury Maruader," does not say anything owners... Except for the label, the jacket appears to be identical.

I bought via the "Buy now" button as well from 'gsxr uni clc ' (his name is Anthony, BTW) and he is a great guy! The jacket came in the dustcover and was NEW, not like new. All the tags and even the silica packet were still in place. He shippes DARN fast and I think he is well in line with the price, as it is less than HALF what Merc gets. I now have a 'shows only' jacket...woohoo
