My girlfriend might buy herself a Marauder or GM in the near future. When we got the 2010 GM rental car she couldn't believe the difference in gas mileage compared to my car. I mentioned to her mine has over double the power and is running rich so it's not a fair comparison.
She thinks she wants a GM because it's just as safe and can get 25mpg.
I think a few of us with stock Marauders beat 25mpg on the highway. A member on here said he got one MPG better with his Marauder than CV.
So what's the best MPG you got out of your Marauder or GM? I got 25 MPG once when I just had a computer flash.
What get's better gas mileage when you tweek the car? Marauder or GM.
Please post up!

19-20 mpg with pretty even highway to city ratio.
20-23 average in the '03 with a best of 26 on a long trip.
A pretty steady 12 in the '63 just in case you're interested.

About 19 mpg combo of highway 70-75mph and stop and go traffic.
22-something for the Marauder on the trip home from Chicago, all highway... My '07 Grand Marquis has knocked down 26+ in about 90% highway(2.73 gear)... My Trick Flow headed & cammed 5.0 T-Bird has gotten 26.3 highway, that was running mostly 60, drops fairly quickly above 65(3.73 gear)... The '93 Lightning got 17.5 on the only all highway trip it's taken, that was running 65-70, has 4.10 gears...

I can get 20-25 on the highway. I once got 400 miles on a tank. Used 16.6 gallons - That's 24MPG. I will get 20 combined with more freeway miles. The GM will get better mileage depending on how heavy your foot is.

We got 24mpg on a trip to Iowa a few years ago. Get around 20mpg in combined hwy/city.

24.5 MPG to and from Louisville, KY in April 2008.
26.6 MPG in a rental Grand Marquis between Las Vegas, NV and San Diego, CA back in October 2009.
