You have to take out the entire overhead console to replace the lights.

I believe the lenses pop off the rear reading lights.

I got the rear ones out last night. But how do you get the front console off? (it's an 04 by the way)

Pull down on it.

Pull down on it.

That's it? I know there's a screw in the front of it. And even when I take that out, it's seems like it's still on there pretty good.

I'll double check on mine but I believe it just pulls down.....

Yep... no screws...

Shop manual says:

"CAUTION: The overhead console bracket is supported by the headliner. Failure to follow the removal procedure will damage the headliner.

Support the headliner at the rear corner of the overhead console and pull down on that corner to remove the overhead console.

Disconnect the electrical connectors.

To install, reverse the procedure."

Any different directions for an 03? I gave the console a yank or two, but don't really have a whole lot of grip. Any harder and I'd be doing pull-ups on the thing...

I thought there was 3 screws all easilly found? One in front and two in the sunglass holder? Anyways, yes YANK HARD, the clips are very strong. I thought I was gonna snap mine in pieces.

Did it again and yep, it came out, came out easier from the front it seemed. Those are some ridiculous clips!

Ordered all the bulbs I needed, i think. The only one I wasn't able to get to was the one in the trunk, even cracked a corner on that lens... :o I'm guessing it'll come out when I tackle the stereo stuff in the coming weeks...

Thanks for the tip!
