Have a tig welder ready to make the tube..... or a small 110 welder for spot welds, then take it to a pro.

^^^^^^ What Zack and ImpalaSlayer said ^^^^^^

Lots of issues with leaks under pressure, big PITA if you don't know what you're doing. Best bet is to find a used one and have a pro modify it for you. That or give the pro the one off your car and have it modified, if your car's not a DD.

Any good idea on what bolt sizes for the braket are?

Per Terry G:

You will need;
8x1.25 x 25mm Hex head 3 ea. Tensioner to bracket
150mm 2 Tensioner Bracket to block
160mm 1 Tensioner Bracket to block
45mm 1 Alt. to bracket
90mm 1
All thread bolt to go through the idler, through the bracket and will become the other Alt. mount.
110mm 3 Alt. bracket to engine
1.25 washers 11

Thats it! For some reason I couldn't get it to post on the site it was just a blank page.

What kind of spark plugs and gap should I uses?

What kind of spark plugs and gap should I uses?

the Trilogy Installation Manual says this about spark Plugs:

"a) Re-gap spark plugs to 0.032”.
Use of one heat-range colder spark plugs (Motorcraft P/N: AWSF-22C or NGK TR6 or Champion RS9YC) is optional."

So I would assume that you would use the stock plugs unless you wanted to go to a colder heat range and your tune accounted for the colder heat range.

I all ready have a lower heat range in already.I have it gapped 32 already for nitrous.
