Does anyone know where I can get an original air filter?

Your local Ford dealer should be able to get you one.

You can pick up the air filter at the Ford Parts counter. It has been awhile since I have seen one with "Marauder" printed on it though.

Why original?
Go with a K&N.

I assume you're asking about the filter panel that goes in a stock airbox. Unfortunately, Ford discontinued the Marauder-specific air filter some time ago. It was made for Ford by Mann and was a very nice piece. All that's available now is the generic CV/GM/MM filter.
The NAPA Gold (WIX) filter is very good, but realistically so are the STP (made by Champion Laboratories) and FRAM replacements.

I was unaware the the original Marauder specific air filter had been discontinued.
The last time I bought one was 07. The reason for always using the original one was
the higher CFM over the GM filter. If I remember correctly it was about a third more.
I used to have a web site some where from an outfit that had done extensive research
on aftermarket "performance" filters. They found that those aftermarket filters actually
did not flow any more than a new stock filter and in fact, some even less. Bear in mind
though, they were just testing airflow, not performance gains from CAI's.
Unfortunately, I've changed computers several times since then and I no longer have either
the web site nor do I still have the part number on the Marauder specific filter.
This is something we all knew would happen sooner or later, our "real" parts being discontinued
You can still order an air filter from Mann-hummel for a crown vic but I don't know if it has the same flow rate you are looking for with the Marauder filter.
