The car is from TN we will be doing a new rear end, new gears, new drive shaft and transmission with a PI 3500 stall, Kooks Headers Aerforce Guage with a Real oil pressure guage high out put alternator and even flow cooling kit with Kooks headers, I will post the whole tear down, install and video, and this car has a strong possibility of being in a Magazine along with a new Fox Lake Marauder and 05 GT with a KB 2.8 Mamoth we are building now, these two cars will make close to 700 RWHP, and I will be posting these builds separately.

I really have no idea, I am the third largest Vortech dealer in Florida, the only Southern KB dealer and as I said I got a call from a major car publication company and are looking to do several articles on these up coming projects.

No he has been building 2V and 4V motors for my company for over ten years.

NICE. So Dennis I noticed your only offering an air to air kit; is air to air kit just as efficient as water to air? My car is primarily a street car with temperatures in the valley reaching 110+ degrees in the summer for week(s) at a time. Once the car is setup right I see running at the track half dozen times a year with my local mustang club.

The A/A normally will run twenty degrees over OAT event at 110 on the highway it should run about 130 in traffic it will be higher but with a safe tune and since I do use the knock sensor the car is safe it got over 100 here in Florida this summer I do not like running at the track in this heat I wait for fall but I did run in July it is just to much for me wearing the helmet and waiting in line, the car ran 11.2 at 128 MPH it will do much better next week.

I switched from Water to Air to Air to Air and on the dyno the IAT dropped 50*.
The IAT dropped even more at the track.

Dennis, so you use Innovative West crank dampers on your built motors instead of Steeda?

I also have a question. Is your Vortech kits part number 4FL218-110? That is the only one I see listed under California CARB E.O. D-213-20, D-213-25, D-213-26, and D-213-27

This was the owners choice and it is a very good dampner

The S Trim as well as the Novi SL should be Carb certified

Cool glad your going! We will have a good SSM group represented and see if we all can park together. Congrats on selling another kit:up:.

I heard from the mustang crowd that it is the one to get besides keeping the oem balancer when pushing big horsepower. They talked about other dampeners causing oil pump failure.

Correct. Vortech EO# D-213-27 supersedes all prior EO#'s Dustin which also covers the Marauder S-Trim only.
