Magnaflow SPUN metallic is the way to go unless you want direct OEM style replacement.

What about this cat right here?
http://www.magnaflow.com/02catalytic_converters/02product/displayuniversal.asp?universal =59556
Like birdman stated - spun metallic - 2.5" inlet and outlet - this should work for a custom 2.5" H or X pipe with Long tubes?

Yes.
I went with these http://www.magnaflow.com/02catalytic_converters/02product/displayuniversal.asp?universal =54956 which are the next step down from the ones you posted as their limit is 5.2L and 4500 lbs. I purchased them from www.ourdealsrock.net since they are offering a coupon code on all Magnaflow products. Just search for the part number. I picked up two 54956 cats shipped for like $161 and they are plenty fine me being NA.

Thanks! I already had the coupon code for those 2525s so this is tremendous as far as cost saving - I appreciate it

Metallic substrate would be best for hi flow performance.

Are they worth anything HP wise?
