I refure to go to Dickspeed. Too many blown motors come out of that place. JDM is a modular motor builder so they know these engines inside and out.

Indeed Englishtown raceway park. Last time I ran in November I was pulling 13 second slips all day. This year I hope to be in the low-mid 13s.

One of my non racing frends decided that would be his project for the day we will see what happens I think we should just eat and make up quarter mile times. We are meeting at the Blue bay diner on Francies Lewis Blvd and the LIE for 7am.
The GF is baking brownies all day for us and Ill grab some BBQ food as well. (hotdogs, brats, etc) Drinks will be supplied by the snack shack at the track (that ryhmes) :D

The super fast mustangs that looked at us all suffered missed gears and a lack of traction. Relative humidity was 79% all day so everyone was a step off their pace. Rocsmerc ran a 14.2 for his first time on the track, Tj006 tried to best his 14.5 and came up 2 tenths slower and I stayed at 13.7 for all 3 of my runs. I had some wheel hop my first run and pulled my worst 60' of 2.053. The last 2 runs were in the 1.9's and still ran the 13.7 E/T. Lots of Hondas breaking down and oiling the track and some really strange looking set-ups coming from the import guys. All in all, it was a good day, nobody broke and we all drove home.
Nice meeting some of you for the first time. We had 7 Marauders present and only 3 of us ran.

I ran a 14.2 @98.5 mph and it was actually my second pull. On my first pull I couldn't hook and ran a 15.1 with lots of wheel spin. My dad filmed it but didn't get the burnout or the track time in the shot. I'm hoping someone else filmed it.

Luckily there was no video evidence of this run in my camera anyway. However it is possible that it may surface. :D
