Hehe! Where's Paul? ;) I'm still at the track and really need mt et drs! With the 175 shot, I'm breaking loose even in third!!! Best so far is 13.632@103.84 and I got a 13.835@105.41 I'm on butter. :( engine is purring like a kitten and loves the juice!

Very cool, what do you think you could do with DR or slicks?

Seriously, 12.5. The 13.6 was on a 100 shot, the higher speed trapped was on a 150 and times with the 175 absolutely suked. I kept the juice off until after second gear hit, but, with the track warm I coulda made a sandwich off the tree before I was mobile. Just need sticky hooves. Paul should be reporting soon, yes, I'm a witness. :)

What'd you get for a short time???

With a 1.90 60ft, my T-Bird went 13.11@105.3, so you should defiantly be able to hit mid 12s on a big shot but you'll no doubt need sticky tires...

On a 75 shot, the Bird went 12.23@112, that was with a 1.72 short time and hitting the juice at probably 8-10ft out(was throttle activated, WOT and the juice was on)... With a 150 shot my Nittos wouldn't hold(you may need slicks as well) and made smoke any where in 1st gear, it did manage to go 114mph but ET was a 12.40...

Yeechhh, ugly... You defiantly need sticky tires...

With a decent sixty of less than 2.0 you'd been near a 12 on either of those runs...

The only time I've had mine to the track, I pulled three runs on the stock BFGs between 1.91 & 1.94, but the SC doesn't hit as hard out of the hole as the juice...

With only a 100 shot, tune, gears, CAI, pullies, and DR's, I know for a fact that you would hit consistant 12.6's...

would be interesting to see a 12.6 @ 103mph

 Here I am. Long night of partying last night watching Lesnar get his ASS beat. :D Anyhow, Bill assumed that stock tires go well w/a 150+ shot of happy gas. Negative, Johnson. :D The juice hits so hard so fast that they sometimes kick DR's to the side. We'll rectify that soon enough. Car ran well, a smaller shot would have brought your ET's down a bit. Of course, I could have told you this yesterday at the track, but I was too giddy at my own timeslip to think right. :D We'll fix it! That car will hit 12.5-12.8

See you soon, Bill! And thanks for being a witness! :cool4:

I believe that with a 175shot out the hole and the right tires you will hit low twelves or maybe 11's.

Yeah it would. I'm just going off of Lowbucks car, but he averages at 107mph. To get these numbers though he hits it right out of the hole. It's just like racing another roots!

Sounds like you had fun! Traction issues suck. Soak the rears in kerosene :Dnext time. What was your best N/A time that you ran?

:burn:16.46... Only once na. I just spun em every single time and they just got worse as the track and tires warmed up. No burn outs. Avoided the water. Even tried to line up so I wasn't in the previous runs tracks. Didn't bother trying to flash the convertor. Even tried to take off NOT at WOT! :(

How much tire pressure were you running???

I had 32psi in mine when I pulled the 1.91, 1.93 & 1.94 short times and seems everyone on here said it was too much, but I have three time slips that says otherwise... Since the water box(trough) is fully across the burn out area, I did have to heat the tires a little to dry them... Did a quick burn and then a couple dry hops to test traction, maybe they just had good track prep the night I ran...

I was @ about 32psi also. Was thinking of lowering that, but, after watching Paul, I knew I just plain needed the right equipment for the job. I smell MT ET street drag radials burning in my future.

I Need Tire advice, please.
Well, I found out with added HP, KDWs suck at the track. Watching paul with his MT ET Street DRs pull an 11.9 made me realize the next step. Now, I just realized that my full size spare has a brand new NT555R 145/45-18 on it. I have some extra mm rims and two 17"x8" Cobra rims. (Yes, I know about offset). I also have 4 16" police rims. Should I just get a matching Nitto and cook them at the track? What would you experts recommend in this area? I believe I may touch 11's with the right tire, dfinitely 12's. Thanks!
