Spare tire cover and hardware

I have a 2003 MM 300A with a full size spare and it came with no spare tire cover or any hardware. I need everything except the tire and rim. If you have one please let me know what you would like, price and shipping. I can paypal you asap. The tire gets in my way in the trunk and I want to get it back where it belongs.
